3M Adaptic Touch Dressing is non-adherent with low-adherent silicone to reduce trauma during dressing changes. It allows fluids to pass freely to a secondary dressing to reduce maceration and promote healing. It protects granulation tissue and is suitable for fragile wounds under medical supervision. It is cuttable and compatible with negative pressure wound therapy.
