Place the panty liner over your underwear, adhesive side down and cotton side in contact with the skin. Change your panty liner every 4 to 6 hours or more often if necessary to maintain freshness. For hygiene reasons and to avoid irritation, it is recommended not to reuse a panty liner. Discard it after use and do not flush it down the toilet to avoid blocking the sanitation system. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
