Directions for use
Take 2 to 3 capsules of Arkogelules Organic Activated Charcoal with a large glass of water, 30 minutes before main meals. For cases of indigestion or bloating, you can increase the intake to 4 capsules per day. This product should not be used continuously over the long term. Avoid taking it simultaneously with medications, as activated charcoal may reduce their effectiveness. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
