Directions for use
Oral use. Adults: Take 2 capsules in the evening with a meal and 2 at bedtime with a large glass of water. Children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule in the evening with a meal and 1 at bedtime with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ask your pharmacist for advice. Keep out of reach of children.
