Directions for use
For antacid use, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in a glass of water and drink once the mixture is completely dissolved. May be taken up to 3 times daily, as needed or on medical advice. Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice and avoid if you have high blood pressure or are on a strict salt-free diet. For domestic or culinary use, adjust quantities according to specific recipe or cleaning needs. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
