Directions for use
Use Bicare Gifrer Plus by sprinkling the powder onto your damp toothbrush once or twice a day after meals. Brush your teeth for two minutes using gentle circular motions to avoid irritating your gums. Do not swallow and rinse your mouth after brushing. The powder is intended for short-term use and does not replace regular brushing with toothpaste. Consult your dentist for long-term use.
