Directions for use
Shake the bottle before each use. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril and administer one spray while inhaling gently through the nose, repeating in the other nostril. This product can be used up to 2 to 3 times a day as needed. Do not use in children under 3 years of age. After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
