Use the Elgydium 4 In 1 toothbrush twice a day, morning and evening, for at least two minutes. Use a brushing technique that reaches all tooth surfaces and also use the tongue scraper to remove bacteria from the tongue. It is recommended to replace your toothbrush every three months or as soon as the bristles begin to wear down. Do not apply excessive force when brushing to avoid gum damage.
