Directions for use
Cut about 45 cm of dental floss and wrap the ends around each of your index fingers. Stretch the floss between your thumbs and forefingers to create tension. Gently insert the floss into the spaces between your teeth and gently slide it up and down against the walls of your teeth and under the gumline. Use a clean section of floss for each space. Use daily after brushing your teeth for best results. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
