Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of paste to a soft toothbrush. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, or as recommended by your dentist, using gentle, circular motions to avoid damaging your gums. Make sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth. For fresher breath and complete oral hygiene, also floss and rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
