Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice a day, or as recommended by your dentist. Do not swallow the toothpaste and rinse your mouth after brushing. For children under six years of age: Use an amount of toothpaste equivalent to a grain of rice under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. If you are consuming fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
