Directions for use
Use Elmex Anti-Cavity Dental Solution after brushing your teeth. Pour 10 ml of solution into a glass, rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Use twice daily, morning and evening. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use to maximize the protective effect. If you experience irritation or other side effects, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
