Directions for use
Use the Elmex Anti-Caries Ultrasoft toothbrush twice a day, morning and evening. Apply a small amount of toothpaste and brush your teeth in gentle circular motions, making sure to reach all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes. Rinse thoroughly after use. Replace the brush every three months or as soon as the bristles begin to fray. Do not apply excessive pressure to avoid gum irritation. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
