Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow and rinse your mouth after brushing. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing to maximize the effectiveness of the fluoride. For children under six years of age, use a rice-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. If you are taking fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
