Gently insert the brush head into the interdental space without forcing. Use gentle back-and-forth movements to effectively remove food debris and plaque. It is recommended to use the brush heads once a day, preferably in the evening before bed. Change the brush head as soon as the filaments begin to wear down or every month for optimal effectiveness.
