Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a suitable toothbrush. Brush for at least two minutes, two to three times a day, especially after each meal. Do not swallow and rinse after brushing. For children under six years of age: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. If you are taking fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
