Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft toothbrush. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, twice a day, morning and evening. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing to maximize the effectiveness of the active ingredients. This product is intended for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age. If you experience prolonged tooth sensitivity, consult a dentist. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
