Directions for use
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Gently brush all tooth surfaces in a circular motion for at least two minutes, twice a day or as directed by your dentist. Avoid swallowing the toothpaste and rinse immediately after brushing to maximize the effects of fluoride. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
