Directions for use
For optimal effectiveness, use Elmex Sensitive solution twice a day after brushing your teeth. Pour 10 ml of solution into the measuring cup, rinse your mouth for approximately 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow and avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. If irritation or an unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
