Directions for use
Shake the bottle before use. Take 10 ml of Ergysil per day with a large glass of water, preferably between meals for optimal absorption. It is recommended to follow this dosage for a renewable three-month cycle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from light and heat.
