Add 2 drops of Bach Flower Remedies Impatiens to a glass of water and sip, or add 2 drops to a 30 ml bottle of water and drink at least four times a day. You can also place the drops directly on your tongue. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
