Directions for use
Detach approximately 45 cm of floss and wrap it around your middle fingers. Gently slide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss around each tooth and under the gum line to clean effectively. Use a clean portion of the floss for each tooth. Recommended use after each meal or at least once a day.
