Directions for use
Use approximately 45 cm of GUM Twisted Floss 3500 for each cleaning session. Wrap the ends around your fingers for better control. Gently insert the floss between each tooth and use a back-and-forth and upward motion to effectively clean between teeth and under the gumline. Use a clean portion of the floss for each gap. Do not force the floss against the gums to avoid injury. Floss at least once a day, ideally before bedtime. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
