Directions for use
Apply a few drops of True Lavender essential oil directly to the skin or diluted in a base oil for a soothing massage. For sleep disturbances, place 2 to 3 drops on your pillow or in a diffuser before going to bed. Do not use on children under 3 years of age or pregnant women without medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
