Directions for use
Use by inhalation for the treatment of respiratory infections: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the vapors for 10 minutes. To relieve pain, apply the diluted oil to the affected area with a gentle massage. Do not use neat on the skin; dilute with a carrier oil. Do not use on children under 7 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. External use only.
