Directions for use
Apply a few drops of Rosemary Camphor essential oil directly to the affected area or use it for massage. For massage, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil (such as jojoba or sweet almond oil) to a concentration of 5% essential oil. Use 2 to 3 times daily as needed. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice. If skin reactions or other adverse effects occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
