Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft toothbrush. Brush your teeth and gums using small circular motions for at least two minutes. This should be done morning and evening after meals. Do not swallow and rinse your mouth with clean water after brushing. If you experience persistent tooth sensitivity or bleeding gums, consult a dental professional. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
