Directions for use
Using approximately 50 cm of dental floss, wrap it around the middle fingers of each hand and gently guide the floss between the teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss around each tooth in a C-shape to better remove food debris and plaque. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth and repeat this process in the morning or evening after brushing. Do not use forcefully to avoid injuring the gums. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
