Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, ideally after each meal, or at least twice a day, morning and evening. Do not swallow and rinse your mouth after brushing. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately. For best results, follow with an alcohol-free mouthwash. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
