Apply generously to the body and face 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours and after swimming, towel drying, or in case of excessive perspiration. Avoid sun exposure between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. For optimal protection, wear protective clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
