Directions for use
To use Gilbert Marimer Nasal Irrigation, tilt your head sideways and insert the tip of the sachet into the upper nostril. Gently squeeze the sachet to allow the solution to circulate through the nasal passages and exit through the other nostril. Repeat the process for the other nostril. Use one sachet for each nasal wash and do not reuse the sachet. Perform nasal irrigation once or twice daily as needed or as directed by your doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
