Directions for use
Tilt your head slightly and insert the spray nozzle into your nostril. Administer one to two sprays into each nostril, several times a day as needed. Wipe the nozzle after each use. Avoid sharing the same bottle with others to prevent cross-contamination. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
