Directions for use
Use Meridol Soft Toothbrushes twice a day, morning and evening, for at least two minutes of brushing. Apply a small amount of suitable toothpaste and gently brush your teeth and gums using circular, upward motions for your lower teeth and upward motions for your upper teeth. Rinse after use. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles show signs of wear. Always consult a dentist for regular check-ups. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
