Directions for use
Take about 40cm of dental floss and wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimeters of floss to manipulate. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and forefingers and gently insert it between your teeth using a sawing motion. Curve it into a "C" shape at the base of each tooth and gently slide it under the gum line. Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space. Use at least once a day, preferably before bedtime. Avoid forcing the floss against your gums to prevent damage. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
