Indications
Use in cases of muscle pain, sprains, back pain, joint pain, inflammation, recovery after sports, relief of muscle tension.

Directions for use
For cold use: Place the compress in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply to the affected area for 15-20 minutes every 2 to 3 hours. For hot use: Heat the compress in the microwave for approximately 25 seconds (depending on the microwave power). Test the temperature before application. Apply for 15-20 minutes. Do not reuse until the compress returns to room temperature. Avoid direct application to the skin; use a cloth as a buffer. Do not use on damaged skin or in case of severe circulatory problems. Consult a doctor before use in case of diabetes or pregnancy. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
