Directions for use
Add 5g (equivalent to 1 teaspoon) of OptiFibre to 200ml of liquid (water, juice, tea, coffee) or mix with semi-solid food once or twice a day. May be adjusted according to individual needs or medical recommendations. Effects may take up to several days. Make sure you consume enough fluids throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
