Directions for use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth and gums thoroughly for at least two minutes, two to three times a day, preferably after each meal. Do not swallow and rinse after brushing. It is recommended to change your toothbrush every three months. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
