Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 sticks per day, preferably just after meals. Melt the stick on the tongue or dissolve in a glass of water for younger children. From 3 years old or as advised by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children and store away from heat and moisture. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
