Directions for use
To use this spray, tilt your head sideways and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Administer one spray while inhaling gently through your nose, then let the excess flow out before blowing your nose if necessary. Repeat for the other nostril. Use 2 to 3 times daily as needed. Do not share the same nasal nozzle between users to avoid cross-contamination. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
