Directions for use
For massage, mix 2 drops of thyme essential oil with savory leaves and 2 drops of wintergreen essential oil with 10 drops of apricot kernel vegetable oil and then massage the affected area. For occasional oral administration, 2 drops three times a day on a neutral base such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.
