Pranarom Organic Sweet Fennel Essential Oil 10 mL. Extract of Foeniculum vulgare native to the Mediterranean basin. Anise-scented oil used to promote digestive comfort and relieve spasms. Suitable for use in diluted cutaneous applications or in short doses on a neutral medium.

Indications
To promote digestive comfort. In case of bloating and abdominal spasms. To relieve painful periods. As a supplement for certain menopausal disorders.

Directions for use
Take 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral carrier such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil. Mix 2 drops of fennel EO + 2 drops of tarragon EO + 2 drops of common sage EO + 2 drops of noble chamomile EO in 5 drops of apricot kernel vegetable oil and massage the lower abdomen. The same mixture can be taken at a rate of 4 drops in a little honey, 2 times a day for as long as necessary.
