Directions for use
For food use, dilute one drop of organic peppermint essential oil in 100 ml of water or beverage. For massage, mix a few drops with a vegetable oil and apply topically to the affected area. Do not use on children under six years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
