Directions for use
Apply the plaster directly to the painful area after cleaning and drying the skin. The plaster should be left in place for approximately 8 hours for optimal effectiveness. Do not use more than one plaster per day. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. If skin reactions or other adverse effects occur, remove the plaster immediately and consult a doctor. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
