Directions for use
Remove the plastic film and identify the left and right insoles. Place the insoles in the shoe, grip-side down. Position the raised area in contact with the arch of the foot. Reposition if necessary so that the support follows the shape of the arch. Replace after six months or at the first sign of wear. Remove by slowly and gently peeling them away from the shoe.
