Directions for use
Before inserting the pads, remove the protective film. Apply the pads to the back of the shoe in sensitive areas. To remove, gently pull them out of the shoe using light pressure. Replace the pads if adhesion decreases. Avoid applying directly to irritated or damaged skin.
