Directions for use
Spray Sterimar into each nostril 2 to 3 times a day. Tilt your head sideways and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Briefly press the nozzle to allow the solution to disperse into the nasal passages. Repeat in the other nostril. Use this product daily for best results. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. Always check the integrity of the product before use. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
