Directions for use
Apply the TheraPearl compress to the affected area after heating it in the microwave for 15 seconds or chilling it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Use for a maximum of 20 minutes per application. Do not use the compress more than 3 times a day on the same area. Always check the temperature before application to avoid burns. Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
