Directions for use
Apply the ThermCool gel pack directly to the affected area. For heat therapy, warm the pack in the microwave according to the manual. For cold therapy, place the pack in the freezer for at least two hours. Use the hot/cold gel pack for 15- to 20-minute sessions, several times a day as needed. Do not apply directly to the skin to avoid burns or frostbite; use a towel between the skin and the pack. Do not use if you have dermatitis, skin injuries, or circulatory disorders. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
