THERMHOT heat patches can be used to relieve muscle tension, osteoarthritis, neck, back, shoulder, and wrist pain. They are also indicated to assist in muscle recovery after physical exertion or chronic pain management.

Directions for use
Place the THERMHOT heating patch directly onto clean, dry skin in the area to be treated. Ensure the patch adheres properly. Use for a maximum of 8 hours in the same area. Do not reuse the patch after use. Do not use on irritated skin or open wounds. Avoid using creams or lotions on the treated area at the same time. Consult a doctor if you have any concerns, especially if you are pregnant, diabetic, or suffer from circulatory problems. Supervision is required when used by children or the elderly.
