Shake well before use. Hold the bottle approximately 20 cm from the skin and spray evenly, paying less attention to the elbows and knees. Wash your hands after application. Use daily until the desired tan is achieved, then reduce the frequency to 2 or 3 times per week to maintain the color. Avoid contact with eyes and clothing.
